These sites may have their own privacy policy and terms of use. Please be sure you are aware of them at all times. Payment Options: We gladly accept Paypal, Money Orders & Cashier's Checks. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders. Paypal Orders: All Paypal Orders will only be shipped to the CONFIRMED address on your paypal account. New or other address needs to be confirmed though paypal. Shipping: We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Any other location, please inquire. Returns: No refunds or exchanges after 14 days from date of received date. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Always get approval via email before returning anything to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays shipping whenever shipping to MWG Technologies for repairs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Warranty: The COMPANION Lite ® (MWG Technologies) is brand new and of the highest quality. This is a product that we are proud to stand behind. All we ask from you is that you have your device installed by a professional installer. Your Turbo Timer COMPANION Lite ® is warrantied to be free from defects in manufacture, material and workmanship for 90 days against factory defects. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair or credit of the defective merchandise. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or shipping costs, arising from the use of this product. |
